ORDERS AND PAYMENTS: Placing any order does not constitute a legal contract until I ship the product. I reserve the right to cancel an order if it does not meet my credit card verification standards. Danielle Easler Jewelry is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in an offer by danielleeasler.com and I reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.

Orders over $500 will require a signature for delivery.

SHIPPING TIMES: Items in stock will be mailed within three business days. If there is an unusual circumstance that does not permit this, I will contact you to let you know. For items that are made-to-order, please allow up to one week for the jewelry to leave my studio. Custom orders vary according to stone availability and the amount of work involved, so I will communicate regularly to keep you informed about the progress if you have placed a custom order. If you would like expedited shipping, please contact me at danielleeaslerjewelry@gmail.com to let me know and to receive updated shipping costs.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: I want you to be happy with your jewelry. So if you order a piece from my website and it just isn't what you expected or doesn't work for you, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it. If I can make adjustments so that the piece you ordered will work, I'd be happy to do that for you. If you need to return it, I'll give you return instructions. Once I have it back (within 30 days of your order), I can exchange it for you with another piece from my shop or refund you with your original form of payment.
